| Description: | Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company, a world class manufacturer of ductile iron pipe located in Provo, Utah since 1926 is currently accepting applications for an Industrial Electrician/PLC Programmer. Those interested should be enthusiastic about working in an industrial setting, self motivated and willing to take on assigned tasks. |
| Duties: | Primary Purpose: To assist in the programming and optimizing sequence of operation of electro-mechanical hardware such as pneumatics, switches, sensors, valves, etc. Works to automate plant equipment.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
• PLC programming and development
• Electrical circuit design
• Point to point wire troubleshooting
• Basic HMI development

| Qualifications: | • Moderate to extensive hands on programming experience with: Alan Bradley, MicroLogix and ConpactLogix software and devices.
• Completion of an Electrical apprenticeship.
Knowledge of:
• Rsview32
• Rsview machine addition
• VFDs
Other Skills and Abilities:
• Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate well with management and line workers.
• Team Player: is cooperative with other people and open to their ideas. |
